Great after sales service

"When my Artillery Sidewinder X2 arrived I immediately unpacked and assembled the printer. After powering on the printer did not boot and the front display remained black. I opened a ticket and described the bug. One day later I received an email with a suggestion of what to do. I followed the advice and unplugged all cables leading to the front panel. After replugging the cables the printer starts to boot up and everything is fine now."

Great aftersale service in case you had some troubles

"In my first purchase in geekbuying I bought an android controller. After a week of use one controller button stated to be unresponsive until left to work anymore. I was worried because I thought that I will had troubles un order to show that I had a faulty controller, and probably they will wash their hands, but this was not the situation. Customer service was fast and after send him a video proof of my faulty controller they send me a new replacement with zero problems. Definetly I will made more purchases here."

Great experience with GB and their support

Ordered 3 times from GB, always a pleasant experience. Support is very responsive - Debbie helped me out in matter of seconds at my last issue - my Coupon code got stuck at hanged ordered, so she re-enabled the code for me by cancelling the hanged order.
I highly recommend GB, its trustworthy and affordable. Will definitely buy again.
